Coconut flour pancakes

Ingredients
1.0 tbsp coconut flour3.0 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream1.5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tbsp psyllium husk flour
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and whisk until thickened. Let sit while pan heats. Drop onto med-high pan and turn down to med. Flip when edges start to appear cooked, and cook a few more minutes on second side.
