Grecian Rice

Ingredients
3 tbsp country crock plant based butter (by BATTLE2019) 8 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 1 cup Brown Rice, long grain 2 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .667 cup, sliced Almonds .5 cup, packed Raisins
Directions
In a large skillet, melt butter and sauce onion and green pepper. Add rice and cook, stirring often, until lightly toasted, about 4 to 6 minutes. Stir in broth, cinnamon and seasoning. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in almonds and raisins. Continue cooking, covered, another 5 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
