Easy Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
2 pounds Ground beef, lean 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs 1/2 cup Great Value Egg Makers Liquid Egg Product 4 tablespoons Land O Lakes, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil3 cup Beef stock2 teaspoons mustard spice1 teaspoon dried oregano2 teaspoons salt2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Gravy4 tablespoons butter4 tablespoons flour3 cups beef stock2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
Mix ingredients together for the steaks.

Divide into eight balls.

Shape into oval patties, about 3/4 inch thick.

Warm olive oil over medium high heat. Add steaks and cook about 3 minutes per side until they get a nice golden crust. Transfer to a plate.

Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the drippings. When melted, add flour and whisk until no lumps remain.

Reduce heat to medium low and pour in beef stock, mixing well. Add Worcestershire and onion powder, whisking to combine.

Simmer about 5 minutes to thicken. Add steaks to gravy, covering them. Cover and cook another ten minutes.
