Peanut Apple Crackers

Ingredients
1 apple (peeled, diced)2 tbsp creamy peanut butter8 plain graham crackers1 tsp sugar1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Peel and dice the apple and place into a medium-sized bowl. Place the peanut butter in a microwaveable bowl and melt on high for 20 seconds. Mix together the melted peanut butter and apple. Stir in sugar and cinnamon into the mixture. Using the graham crackers, make four cracker sandwiches by placing the a couple spoonfuls onto each cracker and topping it with another. Place on a flat plate and freeze for at least an hour before eating. :]

Makes 4 cracker sandwiches!
