Quinoa Cereal w/Fresh Fruit

Ingredients
1 cup quinoa1/4 cup rolled oats1/4 cup blueberries (or other fruit)1 T pumpkin seeds1 T almond slices1/2 cup soy milk1 tsp honey
Directions
Cook the quinoa in 2 cups water, bring to a boil then simmer, covered, for 15 mins.

Mix 1/4 of the cooked quinoa with the oats. Then add the remaining ingredients.
