Ingredients
2 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup Tomato Paste 2 1tsp Canola Oil 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Salt 0.25 tbsp Terrasoul turmeric powder (by JTF916) 2 tsp Chili powder 1 serving coriander powder (by NITAINMN) 0.5 tbsp Chaat Masala (by AMAZONWOMAN804) 1 serving 2 tsps Ginger-Garlic Paste (by BOBBIY)
Directions
Boil chickpeas with 3 cups water in an electric pressure cooker for 2 hours on high pressure if not soaked overnight or 1 hour if soaked overnight.
Then in a frying pan sauté onions and then add rest of ingredients and sauté well.
Add this mixture to the chickpeas and cook again on low pressure for 20 minutes.
