Roasted cauliflower soup

Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Butter, salted3.0 medium Carrots, raw4.0 cup Cauliflower, raw4.0 clove Garlic1.0 small Onions, raw4.0 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)
Directions
Roast cauliflower and garlic with 1/2 evoo at 350 until lightly colored. Sauté onions and carrots in remaining olive oil then add stock and roasted veg. Cook till soft. Puree and add milk and butter. Season to taste. Serving Size: 6 1.5-cup servings
