Super Easy Shrimp Stir fry

Ingredients
1lb large shrimp2Tbsp Soy sauce 1 clove garlic, finely chopped2 Tbsp Vegetable oil1 small Red Bell pepper, coarsly chopped1 Small onion, coarsely chopped16 snow peas, ends trimmed2 Tbsp WaterPinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
marinate shrimp in 2 Tbsp Soy sauce and garlic coat shrimp and set aside for 10 min.

Add vegetable oil to wok or fyring pan over med. heat. Add Red pepper and onion. Cook until slightly softened about 3 min. add snow peas and shrimp mixture. Continue cooking until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through and show peas are tender and crisp about 3 more minutes.

Remove from heat an add remaining 1Tbsp soy sauce, water and pepper.
Serve over rice.
