Cheesy turkey cups

Ingredients
8 oz cooked turkey breast, diced small3oz 2% cheddar cheese, shredded1 cup frozen peas and carrots1/2c frozen corn1 can cream of chicken soup, 98% FF1 can pilsbury dough golden layers biscuits
Directions
Mix all ingredients except biscuits
Flatten each biscuit into large rounds and press into ungreased muffin pan
Fill each cup with the turkey mixture
Bake at 400 until biscuits are brown around the edges
Cool slightly and remove from pan

Makes 10 cups

    Didn't have turkey or biscuits, so I used chicken and rolled out Bisquick w/water. My "biscuit" didn't fill the muffin cup, but it still held the shape. Famly loved the flavor. Very cheesy. These would be great made in a mini muffin pan and served as appetizers. - 3/22/09
