Ingredients
1.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw0.25 cup Sargento Fancy 4 Cheese Mexican1.0 dash Salt1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted0.25 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
Directions
(Remove skin) cut into like sized chunks. Boil til fork tender. Strain put in bowl. Mash in butter milk and cheese. Serve and enjoy
