Turkish Rice Stuffing

4 cups cooked rice2 stalks green onion4 cloves garlic, crushed2 oz Almonds, slivered1 cup Herb, Parsley, Fresh , chopped1 tbsp Olive Oil
In a large pan, heat oil on medium. Add the chopped green onions and garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
Add rice and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add some turkish spices (paprika, chili, cumin, cardamom) and the slivered almonds, stir until incorporated.
(Can add 1/2 cup wine, vinegar or water to make moister, calories not added).
Remove from heat and let cool before stuffing the turkey.
Serving Size: Makes ten 1/2 cup servings
