Lizzie's Low Carb Chicken Bites

Ingredients
1 can (5 oz) Canned Chicken 0.50 cup Cheese - Sargento classic mozzarella shredded cheese 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
DIRECTIONS
Drain water. Mix cheese, chicken and seasonings.

Option 1:
Preheat skillet. Make sure it's hot. Form bites. Add butter to the skillet, fry until thoroughly cooked and golden brown.

Option 2:
Preheat oven to broil. Form bites. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet and broil for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and broil on the side for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
