32 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] 8 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped 2 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes With Green Peppers and Onions (by TINKERBELL200) 1.5 cup Diced Tomato, Kroger No Salt Adde.5 (by CHERYL442) 3 clove Garlic 3 tbsp chopped Shallots 3 tbsp chopped Shallots 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) 2 serving Chili Seasoning - McCormick 1.25 oz packet (by TIGERBABY27) 4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt - 1 tsp (by FREEME1980) 2 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE) 2 oz PIckled Jalapenos 4 fl oz Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds 3 oz alcohol, bourbon, gin, rum, vodka, whiskey (by JIM546) 4 tsp sugar; raw organic, fair trade, turbinado (by FIT_ARTIST) 1 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 4 cup Bush's Best Reduced Sodium - Dark Red Kidney Beans 1 cup Bush's, Black Beans
Fry meat till cooked thoroughly and throw in a crock pot throw everything else in crock pot. Turn crock pot on low for 8 hrs or high for 5 hrs. I personally could do without the corn, but the family prefers it.
