Wheatena Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 cup Cereals, WHEATENA, dry .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Pure Kroger (by BUNKHOUSE) .75 cup Granulated Sugar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Buttermilk 1.25 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour 1.25 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt .5 cup (not packed) Raisins
Directions
1. In a medium bowl add Wheatena, boiling water and buttermilk. Stir and let sit.
2. In a large bowl combine oil, sugar, beaten eggs.
3. Add Wheatena mixture, flour, baking soda, salt and raisins.
4. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full bake in preheated 400 degree oven 15 to 20 minuts.
