3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 oz Cream Cheese 0.25 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC) 0.2 tsp Cream Of Tartar 1 tbsp Garlic powder
Separate egg whites, add cream of tartar and salt to whites. whip until peaks form. To the yolks add cream cheese at room temperature, beat until pale yellow. Fold whites into yolk half at time fold gently, on parchment paper 1/4 cup of batter onto parchment paper, using a spatula gently flatten them out and form squares. Sprinkle top with garlic powder bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
