Filled noodle soup

Ingredients
8 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 large Egg Yolk 16 oz Ground beef, lean 1 tbsp Salt
Directions
Make egg noodles. Roll out thin, spread beef and chopped onion. Roll into tube. Cut pinwheels. Bring broth to a boil with onion, carrot and mushrooms. Boil pinwheels for 20 minutes.
