Keto Cheese and Garlic Coconut Puffs

4 medium Eggs 1/3 cup butter 1 dash Salt 1/4 tsp Onion powder 2 tsp Garlic powder 1 dash ground black pepper 1/3 cup Coconut flour1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1/2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1. Whisk together eggs, butter, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. Mix in and whisk together with the coconut flour, baking powder, and xanthan gum.
3. Stir in the grated cheeses.
4. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking paper.
5. Bake at 400F / 200C for 15 minutes.
Serving Size: makes around 12 puffs
