Directions

peel eggplant and slice into rounds. pour fryin' magic in to shallow bowl. dip eggplant in to fryin' magic to coat both sides of eggplant. spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray, place eggplant on cookie sheet them spray eggplant with spray. place into a 400 degree oven for around 10 minutes turning once when top is brown. serving size is 4 rounds
