Beet and Feta Salad

Ingredients
Beets, boiled, 2 beets (2" dia, sphere) Tossed Salad, 1. cup Feta Cheese, 50 grams Green Beans (snap), .5 cup Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing, 1 tbsp Hard Rolls (includes kaiser), 1 roll (3-1/2" dia)
Directions
Steam green beans for a few moments and refresh or allow to thaw.
Cut up cooked beet, mix with vinegrette.
Arrange salad leaves, green beans, and beet on a large salad bowl. Crumble feta on top. Serve with a slice of bread or roll of choice.
