Taco Spaghetti

Ingredients
Directions
1lb Ground turkey1 large onion, diced1 bag frozen corn1 can diced chile peppers1 pkg taco seasoning OR1 tbsp (to taste) ground cumin1 tbsp (to taste) chili powder1 tsp (to taste) garlic powder1 cup your favorite salsa6 servings cooked spaghetti1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup water
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain
2. Cook turkey and onions in skillet until turkey is done and onions are soft
3. add water, seasonings, salsa, corn, half of the cheese and salsa
5. simmer for a few minutes
6. add spaghetti and mix well
7. put in an 8x8 pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Add remaining cheese to top during last few minutes of baking.
Makes 6 servings
*optional - serve with shredded lettuce and tomoatoes and fat free sour cream (not included in nutritional values)
