2 serving mushroom, portabella cap - 1 cap-3 oz serv 4 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw .5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 cup Baby Spinah (by HAIRYBAGEL) 1.25 serving Extra Long Grain Natural Brown Rice, Riceland Brand (1 serv = 3/4 cup cooked) .5 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium .5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon

saute scallions in olive oil, add roasted garlic paste, add portabella pieces, add spinach and lemon and chicken broth and finally cooked brown rice
