No-Mato pasta sauce

Ingredients
1 beet (2" dia) Beets, fresh 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 1 tbsp Oregano 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Sage, ground 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving Great Value Black Olives, Medium (5 olives) 0.5 wedge yields Lemon Juice 2 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
1. Peel all the vegetables, cut them in small pieces 2. put vegetables in instant pot and add in the chopped sage, spices and dried herbs, water (or bone broth for non vegetarian) 2. cover and let set instant pot on soup setting 3. When instant pot is done, slow release pressure 4. Mash them with an immersion blender to make your Nomato Sauce smoother. (Or transfer to blender) 5. Add in the lemon juice, olives and nutritional yeast and , mix well for about a minute and your amazing tomato free marinara sauce
