Tuna Melt Nachos

Ingredients
1.5 oz. low fat cheddar cheese, shredded.5 oz of tortilla chips2 oz. chunk light tuna in water, drained2 tbsp. salsa1 tbsp. fresh chives/green onions
Directions
Drain the water from the tuna. Set aside. Weigh out 1.5 oz. of cheese, shred if from a block/wedge. Lay tortilla chips on a microwave safe plate, and microwave for about 30 seconds - to melt cheese. Add 2 oz. of tuna in dollops over the chips and cheese. Drizzle salsa over top. Chop chives or green onions and sprinkle over the masterpiece. Not only colorful, but delicious! Serves One...but so simple to make in measured batches, to serve any number!
