1 can of sweet corn1 can of black beans3 cups of chopped cherry tomatos2 cups of green onions1 cup of chopped cilantrosalt & pepper (to taste)1 lime (squeeze juice to taste)
Add one can of drained sweet corn, one can of drained black beans, 3 cups of chopped cherry tomatoes, 2 cups of chopped green onions, chopped cilantro, lime juice and salt & pepper into a large bowl. Mix together and serve with chips or by itself!
