1.0 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)12.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable2.0 serving Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia Plus Fiber (FOS=475 mg) 1/2 packet (3 Tbsp. or to taste)8.0 tbsp chia seeds4.0 fl oz Lemon Juice0.66 tbsp Lemon Peel
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Pulse until blended. Divide into 4 portions. Best if this recipe is allowed to sit overnight in tbe refrigerator.
