Directions
Toast pepitas and sunflower seeds in 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. Add toast seeds to the rest of the ingredients down to the zucchini in a big bowl. Melt the wet ingredients over medium heat. Pour the wet over the ingredients in the big bowl. Stir well. Spray large baking sheet with pan spray. Spread the wet muesli across the baking sheet. Cook for about 35 minutes a 325 degrees.
