Double Chocolate Chip Muffins with Splenda

Ingredients
Wet Ingredients .75 cup Applesauce, unsweetened .5 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener .25 cup Honey 1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 oz Trader Joes, Plain non fat yogurt 2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol Dry Ingredients .5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda Chocolate Chips.5 cups Nestle Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip Morsels
Directions
Whisk together the dry ingredients. Mix together the wet ingredients. Mix the wet and dry ingredients completely then mix in the chocolate chips.

Scoop put 30, 1 tbsp size scooped into muffin tins.

Bake for 5 minutes at 425 degrees. Decrease the oven temp to 375 degrees and bake for 13 more minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 30 muffins from 1 tbsp scoop of batter
