Baked Cauliflower with cottage cheese and eggs

6 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 100 grams Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 2 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 oz Cheese, Parmesan (Parmigiano Reggiano) Academia Barilla
Cut the cauliflower into pieces as large or small as you like them and boil them for 10 minutes. Butter the pan lightly (just a bit so it does not stick). Mix the eggs with the cottage cheese and the salt and pepper. Put the cauliflower in the pan, pour the mixture, and genly mix them all together. Bake for 15 minutes or until a bit brown on the top.
