Brown Rice & Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
2 - 10.75 cans Campbell's Broccoli Cheese Soup1 - cup 1% milk1 lb cooked, chopped white meat chicken1 - cup long grain brown rice3 - cups Chicken broth2 cups fresh, steamed broccoli, chopped1 1/2 cups shredded low fat cheddar cheese1 cup chopped onion3 gloves garlic, minced1/2 tsp italian seasoning
Directions
Makes 12, 1 cup servings

Boil Chicken broth and add brown rice, cover, lower to simmer for approx 40 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Mix all ingredients together and cook in 13 x 9 glass casserole pan, sprayed with nonstick spray, for approx 1 hour, in preheated oven at 325 degrees.

*Note*
I bake my boneless chicken breasts in covered dish, sprinkled with lemon pepper seasoning at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Can do this while the rice is cooking, or do ahead of time and put in fridge until you're ready to cook.
