Ingredients
2 slice Bread, wheat (including toast) 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 28 gram(s) cheese Velveta 2% 1oz=(28) 1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard .25 serving Jalepeno Pepper- 1 pepper (by SRATERMAN)
Directions
Chop jalapeņo peppers. Apply cooking spray to grill or skillet.spread 1 Pat of butter on each slice of bread, spread mustard on same side as butter. Place 1slice of buttered bread, butter side down in skillet. Place cheese on bread in skillet, put peppers on top of cheese. Add to taste. Place remaining slice of bread on top,butter side up. When brown on side in skillet flip over and brown the other side.
