Coconut Flour cookies

Ingredients
.33 cup Coconut Oil 5 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 3 tbsp Stevia Blend for Baking (by AUDMKAMP) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Soften the coconut oil. Mix together Coconut oil, coconut flour, stevia, vanilla and eggs.

Let sit a few minutes for the flour to absorb the moisture. Then shape into a ball and divide into 16 small balls.

Put parchment paper on a cooking sheet. Space the dough out on the sheet, then press down slightly with your fingers. Place a few chocolate chips on top of each cookie. Bake 13-15 minutes until golden.
