Turkey meatball vegetable soup

Ingredients
16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw1 cup, chopped Onions, raw5 tsp Better than bouillon beef broth5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Add pepper to turkey. Roll into loose meatballs. Brown over medium heat. Remove. Saute vegetables. Add meat and beef broth. Simmer 15 minutes.
