Ingredients
16 oz Pork stew meat (by PENELOPECAT) 2 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp Hoisen Sauce House of Tsang (by FAIRFAUX08) 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
Directions
Brown meat. Add chopped onion and celery. Cook until pork is done then add soy and hoisin sauce. Add frozen vegetables and cook until they are done. Serve over rice.
