Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 cans (7.0 0z.each), Chicken of the Sea Solid White Tuna in Water 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, diced 1 cup, chopped Onions, diced and sweated 1/2 cup, green bell peppers, diced1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1/4 tsp California red pepper
Directions
Drain tuna, then using a dish towel, wring as much moisture as possible out of the tuna. After dicing the onion, sweat it in a skillet on low heat (careful not to burn).

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.

Refrigerate before serving.
