Rainbow Jello

4 - 3oz pkg Jello (any flavors)4 - 1oz pkg Knox gelatin16 oz. vanilla or plain yogurt
Heat 1 cup water in microwave til boiling. Mix
water, 1 package Jello, and 1 package Knox gelatin . Stir til dissolved. Take 1/2 cup of mixture and place in another bowl. Add 1/2 cup ice water to remaining jello mixture and pour into bottom of chilled 9X13" pan. Let set up in fridge! Add 1/2 cup yogurt to remaining 1/2 cup jello mixture and mix well. Wait til the first layer is set and then pour this yogurt/jello mixture on top. Let set up in fridge. Then repeat with remaining packages. You should have 8 layers in all, 4 with jello and 4 with jello and yogurt. Refrigerate over nite.

This is a beautiful presentation. I use a clear glass baking pan. Using SF Jello and SF fat free yogurt makes a very light dessert. Extra pretty topped with FF SF Cool Whip type topping. - 8/8/10

I usually make this for holidays and use holiday colors. The kids love it or you could use school colors for school functions/potlucks.
