2 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 8 oz B L Corn Meal Mush Old Fashioned (Polenta) 1 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) 1 cup Blackberries, fresh 1 cup Blueberries, fresh
Bring milk and 1 cup of water to a boil. Add polenta. Stir and simmer for 18-20 minutes stirring occasionally.
While polenta is cooking heat up berries with 2 tablespoons of water and make as mushy as you like with a fork
Remove from heat add maple syrup
Put in dishes according your size preference
Add berry compote to each bowl of polenta
Enjoy
