1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Egg Beaters Egg Whites Liquid Egg Products1.0 cup Spinach, fresh2.0 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, regular (11% fat)0.25 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat0.5 serving Cheddar Cheese extra sharp Great Value 16 oz/ serving 1 oz/ 28 g
Preheat oven to 350
In iron skillet spray with Pam or any oil preferred
Place spinach either chopped or whole into skillet
Let wilt a little
Add chopped ham
Add seasoning of your choice salt, pepper, garlic, whatever you prefer
Add egg and egg whites to measuring cup, whisk, add cottage cheese and seasoning whisk
Then add to skillet with spinach mixture
Add cheese on top
Place in oven to bake 15 minutes or until desired doneness of eggs
