Whole Grain French Toast w/ Egg Beaters

0.5 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute8 slices Whole Wheat bread1 cup milk1 Tbsp. sugar1 Tbsp. cinnamon1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1. Begin heating griddle over medium heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Mix Egg beaters, milk, sugar, cinnamon, & vanilla in shallow dish (large enough for a slice of bread).
3. Coat bread in egg mix (do not soak). Place on hot greased griddle.
4. Brown each side.
5. Serve warm with low-fat syrup.
Makes 4 servings (2 slices each).
