3 chicken thighs, skinnless and bonelesssmall applechopped walnutsnonfat plain yogurtmayonaise (Duke's if you're from SC)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil chicken until done and allow to cool, then chop. Chop apple. Combine everthing and allow to chill.
