2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw6.0 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)0.25 cup Great Value 2% Lactose Free Milk1.0 tbsp Butter, salted0.5 large Onions, raw2.0 clove Garlic0.5 cup, sliced Zucchini0.5 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh0.5 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes4.0 serving Johnsonville Turkey sausage56.0 gram(s) Kirkland Mexican Blend Cheese (save 1/2 for topping)4.0 serving Olive Oil Pam (0.5g = 0.6sec spray)1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
In large pan (cast iron if you got it, just make sure it's a pan that can go in the oven, or else bake in baking dish, when time for baking) sautee all veggies starting with broccoli with butter, (you can use pam if you prefer to cut calories) until slightly soft. Add turkey cut into 4ths (or smaller)
In separate bowl mix eggs, egg whites, and milk. Then mix in 1/2 cheese.
Pour egg mixture into veggies. Tilt pan and make sure eggs settle evenly over all veggies. Cook for a min or two until you see the egg edges begin to set.
Add rest of the cheese sprinkled on top and bake for 10 mins. Then place on broil for an extra 2 mins fr a golden brown cheesey top.
Cool in pan for 5 mins, and cut into wedges to serve.
