Ingredients
1 {6oz} can tuna (light chunk in water, lightly drained)1/4 cup kraft light mayo1 medium celery stalk2 oz colby jack cheese (save a lot brand country crossings)1/4 of one large onion, i use Vidalia so it's not too spicy.
Directions
combine all ingredients into a food processor (i use the hand crank one from tupperware) eat as is or put it on some bread. also good on lettuce for an easy salad.
makes about six 1/4 cup servings.
