Liz's Chicken Tinga

Ingredients
4 serving Chicken Breast Tenderloin - Tyson - 4 oz. 3 oz Gaspar's Linguica (by CD953600) 2 large Onions, raw 476 grams Crushed Tomatoes 4 serving Goya Sazon (by KTWJAX1) 1 cube Chicken bouillon 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers Garlic SaltHot Sauce Optional
Directions
Boil Chicken with 1 Bouillon cube then shred. Take 2 onions chop then put in blender with 1 can crushed tomatoes, 1 jalapeno and blend til smooth. Cook Linguica in pan with olive oil after thinly sliced, once browned add sauce and bring to a boil. Add Garlic Salt & Sazon Goya for seasoning and 1 cup broth. hot sauce is optional to add in. Then add in shredded chicken and simmer for 10 minutes until well blended. Serve with Tortilla Shells or Chips. Add Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, Avocado & Lime Juice as Toppings. Enjoy!
