Ingredients
3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw8.0 serving Olive Oil Pam (0.5g = 0.6sec spray)6.0 tbsp Kirkland Signature Egg Whites0.5 large Onions, raw1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)2.0 clove Garlic1.0 tbsp Parsley0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper0.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini0.25 cup Spinach, fresh0.33 cup Great Value 2% Lactose Free Milk0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes2.0 oz *cheese, mozzarella, great value, low-moisture part-skim4.0 serving Johnsonville Turkey sausage
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Chop and sautee all veggies and turkey sausage in pan til soft. In separate bowl mix eggs, egg whites and 1/3 cup cheese. Add egg mixture to pan. Continue to cook on med low heat until edges stiffen. Place in oven cook for 7 mins, remove sprinkle rest of cheese on top and bake for another 5 mins. Let cool for 5 mins before serving.
