French Canadian Meat Pie

40 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw 16 oz Ground beef 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 sweet potato, 5" long Sweet potato (peel and shred with food processor)1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Cloves, ground 1 tsp Ginger, ground 1 serving Beef Bullion Cube (by MARSHASMUM) (dissolve in 1/2 to 2/3 cup of water)2 dash Pepper, black or to taste0.5 tsp Morton Iodized Salt or to taste32 serving Homestyle two 9inch pie shells (need 4 9" pie shells)
Brown meat then drain fat; add onions, sweet potato and beef bullion to sautéed and further cook; then add cinnamon, cloves, ginger and salt and. pepper,
Pour filling each pie shells and cover with other pie shells, Bake in oven approx 350 degrees for about 45 min so crust is medium brown. Make 8 slices per pie. (This recipe came from my mom's and I changed it a bit to add sweet potato.)
