Keto Tex-Mex Caaseole

Ingredients
24 oz Ground beef 6 tsp Spice Mix, Taco Seasoning Homemade (by 38HEATHERS) 200 grams Crushed Tomatoes .88 serving Roasted Poblano Pepper (by TVSHOWHOST) 2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese .75 cup Sour Cream 4 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 2.5 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad) 6 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Fry in cast iron pan beef in butter until brown, add tomatoes and seasoning simmer 5mins add salt and pepper. Top with pablano peppers and cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve an bed of lettuce with dollop of sour cream.
