2 lb Pork, fresh, loin, blade (chops or roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, raw (Cut into large chunks)8 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp 6 clove Garlic .25 tsp Pepper, black .5 tsp Salt .25 cup Olive Oil .25 tsp Granulated Sugar 5 tbsp Paprika 5 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes 2 oz Bread, italian
Combine ingredients for the sauce (everything except the meat and the roll). Place meat in large container and pour sauce over the meat. Place in refrigerator for three days. Stir once a day.
After day 3, place meat and sauce into a sauce pan. Boil down the liquid (fast). When sauce thickens, simmer for 20 minutes (or until it is thick and the meat is tender
