10 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 10 serving sage sprigs fresh leaves (by EVIEENGEL) 212.5 gram Prosciutto panino 4 pieces 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving CAULIFLOWER (LARGE HEAD) (by THEVINTAGEFIND) 340 grams Brussels sprouts, fresh 1 clove Garlic .5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tbsp Butter, salted 2 serving Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Roast Cauliflower and Brussel Sprouts with 2T olive oil, S&P. Whip cauliflower with garlic, cream, butter and cheese. Chop brussels and add to mash.
Place sage in middle of chicken thigh and roll in prosciutto tightly, roll in almond flour and place on rack ready to cook. Cook in non-stick pan in 2 batches, 1T oil for each batch. Proscuitto should be crisp and chicken cooked through ~5msin per side.
