Ingredients
0.25 cup Olive Oil32.0 oz Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, roasted1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw5.0 clove Garlic2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 cup Peas, canned2.0 cup slices Radishes2.0 cup Tomato Sauce1.0 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar1.0 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce1.0 cup Green Beans, FreshCut, Cut Green Beans, No Salt Added74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw1.0 tsp Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base
Directions
Cut pork into small cubes. Salt and pepper the pork and put aside. In a large pot or Dutch oven, saute the onion in the oil until soft, then add the minced garlic and continue to saute until brown. Brown the meat in the pan (you might have to do it in two batches depending on the size of the pot). Add the soy sauce, and vegetables, stir and cover over medium heat, or put the covered pot in a 250 degree oven. Cook for 1 to 1-1/2 hours until tender. Serving Size: Makes about 12 bowls
