Ingredients
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw4T Water, tap2.t Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend3T 4C Grated Homestyle Parmesan Cheese1 1/2c stir fry vegetables (Walmart's Great Value)2T I can't believe it's not butter Light Spread
Directions
Blend egg, seasonings, and water. Microwave veggies and cheese. Add butter spread to pan. Pour in egg, it will start setting. Carefully push edges toward center. Continue until egg is set. Add filling on one side. Fold in half from other side. Serving Size: Divide into 3 portions.
