Flax Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
2 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 48 tsp C & H Pure Cane Sugar Granulated White - sugar (1 tsp/4g) .5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 24 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 large Egg white, fresh .25 cup Flour, white
Directions
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until they start to brown around the edges then take them out and let them finish cooking ON THE TRAY until cool. Do not bake until entire cookie is browned, only the edges.

Enjoy when cool!
